No, since people will keep using paper to go to the washroom, wiping their nose, or writing a quick note.

But, I do see more paper being made with Elephant Poo, and other renewable resources like bamboo.

well if were talking about paper, as in paper your write on and print stuff out on then I say yes and no. but basically paper will be cut down on in the future.
