Yes, since they are interesting to read, and I also add my website links to my reply if ther is a textbox for website.

I won't even read blogs unless the title catches my eye. If it does I will read a few posts and might reply to them.

I don't reply to blogs that require me to register, or the title is pretty bad. I might reply to a blog with cool pictures.
