Alexa Longueira, 15 is going to sue for falling into the sewers in Staten Island, New York.

Alexa Longueira was walking and texting and she accidently fell into an open man hole. The hole was about 4 to 5 feet deep. She scrapped her arm and lost one of her shoes after she drop into a man hole at Victory Boulevard. She complained the man hole was stinky.

"It was four or five feet, it was very painful. I kind of crawled out and the DEP guys came running and helped me," Longueria told the Staten Island Advance...

Kim Longueira, said it doesn't matter that her daughter was walking and texting, and also, the 'gross' factor that can't be ignored.

"Oh my God, it was putrid," she said. "One of her sneakers is still down there"

This wouldn't of happen if she watched where she was going instead of texting. The daughter and mother should of been more greatful to the DEP guys that help her instead of suing.

I hope this girl has a driving instructor who have better common sense. I don't see her behind the wheel of any type of car, or bike as being a safe thing.

Women should not be allowed to drive they were built for 2 things and 2 things only,

Procreation, keeping there man happy


and possibly a couple more things but i'll be damned if i can remember at this time
