How often do you back up your Databases for your CMS, forum, blog?

How often do you back up your Databases for your CMS, forum, blog?

I try to back them up whenever there is a lot of change to forums, blogs, or cmses. Usually once a week or more.

at least once a week, but since my stuff is not popular I am not to concern about getting it backed up. But if I had a busy forum or website it be every day or after a major change.
