The guy also has a geeky voice. I think if he was more cheerfull it will be better. I agree he had some interesting points and probably will prevent some guy from buying Windows 7 Upgrade and learned he can't upgrade from Windows 98 or some older Fat32 OS.
I got a feeling that Windows 7 upgrade advisor will just say a PC is upgradeable to 7, but does not say how fast the PC will run like that odd Benchmark that Win. Vista does which ranks your PC on a scale of 1-5.9 and your final score is the lowest score from one of your hard ware scores.
