Do you like using Windows Explorer for managing files.

Post by froggyboy604 »

I sometimes find that the back and forward buttons are confusing, so I use the address bar for going to root directiories and sub directories. Win Explorer sometimes crash.

I notice that Windows Explorer sometimes dispay poor estimates for how much time is remaining for something like copying, or deleting a file.

I once had explorer say it took 40000 hours to do something like compress a drive which only took a day to complete.

What I dislike about windows explorer is it tend to lag when it is deleting and moving big files and folders on the same drive partition which are multi-GB files compared to using the RD or DEL command in CMD.
