what u think of Anime on north american TV networks?

I preffer subbed over dubbed. I hate how on Sword Art Online's dub (which I looked at a little bit after I watched it subbed) it seems like Kirito can even pronounce his own name. 
That is a big issue I have with dubbed. When English speakers try to say Japanese words or names when they are speaking English, it sounds odd. I would be fine with it if, for instance, the actor for dubbed SOA pronounced Kirito Kur-ree-toe instead of trying to say the Japanese pronounciation, Key-li-toe.
