I think if more people learn Karate, or have pepper spray than thaft in general will go down unless the criminal uses a gun to rob people.
If all of the people Karate, for sure we can feel that we secured, but its nice to have pepper spray as a support
I agree Pepper spray is good as well for support. I heard tasers are good for protection as well, but tasers can be deadly. I think most people would not want to kill their attacker by tasing. Karate and other fighting sports like Kung-Fu, and boxing are the most effective for protection.
