I do more then just changing the Background picture like most people.

I changed most of my default cursors, the log on form background, colour of aero taskbar and windows, made a custom screen saver, recording custom sound effects, made custom icons for my most used programs, enable the slideshow background in Windows 7. Install a few custom widgets.

I found a neat 3D desktop app called BumpTop

That looks like a lot of hassle, i prefer my black background with windows classic theme
far quicker and much less hassle
I never really understood Thursdays.

I really don't do much customization since the comp I use is also used by my family.
