I'm thinking of uploading a few programs which almost anyone who took a 1 month course on VB, JAVA, or C++ can make, so I can have a dofollow back link from their site to my websites. Plus, someone might find some use out of my programs.

But, I'm not exactly sure if freeware sharing websites criteria are very strict. Does anyone here has experience dealing with submiting programs to shareware, opensource, or freeware websites?

It sodding easy and i do mean easy

you just have to make a couple declarations and within a couple weeks it all sorted

just remember if you submit updates it can take a week for the software to be updated
