How often do you task manager, resource monitor, and performance monitor to see what is running?

I mostly use Task Manager(CTRL+ALT+DELETE) when a program is frozen or want to see if there is a weird programming running in the background which my Antivirus and antimalware failed to detect or to see how much resources a service or program uses.

I rarely use Performance monitor since Task Monitor and Resource monitor are good enough in most cases.

I just use task Manager (right click on windows tool bar and select start task manager) to see if any program is freezing or if anything weird is going on.
