Actually, Linux Distros, Popular Open source software like OpenOffice, and others have pretty decent Bittorrent ownload speeds because a lot of companies, schools, and users are torrenting them.
But, for anime and other media files very few people torrent them compared to popular free software torrents like OpenOffice.
