The music video is pretty good it has an Adams Family Gothic kind of a feel to it. The song also has a jazzy melody.

damn, the one with the short brown hair with the hat on looks like Haman Karn from gundam and the one with the teal hair could pass off as C.C. from code geass

You're right they do look like anime characters. I wonder did they get ideas from Anime or it is just some weird chance.
