anywho, here's my ctrl+v:

1. Banner area, will have 4 pictures corresponding to each navigation link, process, marketing, ip protection and shipping & logistics. So when you rollover the link, the banner area will change like www.quirky.com
2. The paragraph will be under the navigation bar, with a line break underneath it, like www.design-concepts.com
3. after the line break on the left hand side, have Technical and Portfolio section.
4. to the right hand side, have a box to submit ideas and news section, similar to www.quirky.com
