I got a feeling that touch screen on the back could be a problem.

I think the touchscreen on the back is actually a touchpad like on laptops, and not a color screen.

Maybe there is a way to disable it if the game maker makes an option to disable the touch pad while playing the game.

then it would fall upon you might forget to turn it off, I hope sony keeps these things in mind when making the rear panel.
