kind of sucks games need to be installed on game consoles these days. I miss the days of just poping in a game and go.

The Xbox 360 does not need a hard drive install for most games except for a few game like Final Fantasy 11 MMO, and other MMO. You can run them off the disc. The Wii also does not need hard drive install.

I know it's required for PS3 games.
