Actually I don’t have much interest to eat sweets and it's also not good for my dieting schedule as well.

Yes, not only sweets. I eat more food in the weekend. I rarely eat a balanced diet or enjoy eating on working days. So, when it is my day off, it is the time for me to eat more.

I don't eat sweets. I'm trying to get my body ripped, so i'm in a heavy diet. Mores sweets causes obesity.
