Talking ad-banner or ads with sounds on the web

I find ads that talk are annoying, and scary cuz sometimes when i surf the web. i hear the ads talking to me and i get scared cuz i hear something talking to me. but, i didnt open any audio files, but my comp is talking to me which are actually those weird talking ads. like those aol ads on aim.

Yeah.. Especially when it's downloading and it lags the computer. Not to meantion the ones that take up the whole screen and you can't close it.

i hateee those voice ads cuz i never be knowing where it be coming from. n when im listening to musix hella loud some voice juss starts talkin outta no where ruins my musix haha.

Those talking emoticons are weird. like im looking at a site and i suddenly see and hear the emoticons talking to me and it feels so weird, and the voices are like so dumb.
