Interesting, Most of these Air lines seem to be in Asia, and the Middle East.

Emirates, Qatar and Etihard airlines are growing at a very first rate, I think most of these Airlines in the Middle east are big because of oil and gas, they fuel subsidized rates and if they combine to become one, it will be the largest airline in the World.
