What web designing tools do you us very often?

Dreamweaver and Photoshop are the ones I use mostly.

I use http://www.kompozer.net/ which is free, and powered by Mozilla. It is similar to dreamweaver, but free.

I mostly just download pre-made Word Press, and forum themes, and change the header image, and other images to change the look of my forum, and blog.
