Quality or Quantity of post in forums?

Post by froggyboy604 »

I think Quality of post in forums is more important in forums. I'm just glad when people post something that is honest, meaningful, and doesn't relate to selling Viagra, or adult services, getting free stuff like "get a free ipod programs", etc.

Agreed, but quantity also influences whether someone will join the place or not.

Quality! 100 active members > 1000 inactive ones any day. And I hate it when I decide to sign up for a big forum and all their posts I've seen on every other forum.

The quality of the posts is what is most important. So quality is my choice.

Quality, most definitely. Quantity is quite easy to achieve, which can most certainly correlate to spam. Quality is what makes a forum more interesting than quantity.

Neither, because quality and quanity are both subjective terms.

I go for honesty. I try the best I cam to make the things I say online reflect my real personality. Obviously you can't do that 100% accuratly because you can not change the tone of your voice to imply sarcasm and what not.
