Anyone here have carpal tunnel or fear of getting it due to bad body basics with using tech?

No, I do not have Carpel Tunnel. I usually take breaks between using the PC, so I think I probably won't get it. My keyboard, and mouse is also one of those weirdly shape to make using the keyboard and mouse easier.

I got myself a fellowes micoban hand rest for my keyboard to lesson any damage.

My mousepad also has a round pad on it to make using it more comefortable.

Indeed, it could be a huge medical issue for many unless someone invents a way to type and move a mouse by using your mind, or a robot could do our typing, and mousing for us like how a lot of help websites have chat bots which users use to chat with to get help with web hosting, and software help.

People these days type a lot of short words, and slange like ROFL, or using emoticons like :-D , so the problem may not be as bad because people are getting lazier where they just post an emoticon like 8) , or a word like "sup" in a message to save time, and do less work.

Sharing pictures online seem to be a very popular way to talk online, so many people may slowly type less because they use pictures to talk with each other.

I tend to type a lot and I think the technology is already here for people to put on a helmet and types as we think. That would be awesome.
