Linux coding

Going to be learning some linux coding this semester, anyone here know a lot about this OS? Any advice you have?

This is a good video.

I know Linux is an alternative to Windows, and you can run it off a CD/DVD disc, or USB Drive. Unfortunately, I don't know many of the command lines for doing stuff with its command line program.

But, a lot of Linux OS like Linux Mint, Ubuntu, and OpenSuse can be used with keyboard and mouse, so you do not need to know much command line to use it.

well the class is all command line, so I will need to know it or rather will be learning it.


Honestly I didn't realize linux was used so much.
