Know what to use?
When it comes to software, how do you know what to use when there might be a lot of the same product out? For example, anti-virus or or some kind of gfx program?

I just read a lot of user reviews, and pick the one wuth the best reviews.

I do that as well, I try to look at different reviews on different sites to get a good collective thought.
But sometimes I still end up with something bad despite reviews.
