A tower or AIO

Do you prefer to get a simple desktop tower or go and get an All In One PC desktop?

I prefer a simple tower desktop since it is easier to fix.

But, all-in-one can be good for small rooms, and people who need a simple computer where they don't need to plug in a video cable to connect the monitor.

AIO are pretty nice, though their port placement is horrible! For most of them they are hidden behind the stand or awkwardly underneath making it extremely hard getting at to plug in your power cord and usb plugs.

I feel the power port on some tower desktops are not the best either where the power port is at the bottom back of the tower.

The back USB ports on towers can be hard to plug in as well.

A USB hub with a long USB cable can make plugging in USB devices easier for both towers and all-in-one PCs.

I agree, it can be annoying to plug in stuff on a normal tower but a AIO is harder. Pretty much the only fix is to get a hub with a long cord to it.

I think some all-in-ones have a wheel on the bottom or on the neck where it is possible to rotate the back of computer toward the user face and hand to make it easier for users to plug stuff in.

There are also lazy-susan rotatable stands which you can put your all-in-one PC on the rotatable stand to make plugging stuff in by rotating the stand which your All-in-one is on.

Using a table with wheels which can steer in different directions or the table top can move may also work at making it easier to move the ports to an easier to reach position.

Not aware of any AIO with turn wheels on it. Problem with something that can move it around is that you have to worry about your power cord and ethernet cable getting pulled out.
