Trot Musical
A musical of "trot" will be performed in Seoul and Daegu. It is entitled "The Unconditional Love" and will be starred by the students of the University of Keimyung and directed by their professor Kim Joong-hyo.
The trot is a variation of the Japanese enka and is a music genre appreciated mostly by old Koreans. For the youth to make a musical with trot songs is a new experiment and the public is looking forward for the result of this venture.
The performances will take place in Oujeon Theater in Daegu from July 29 to 30 and in the Seoul Forest Theater from August 2 to 3, 2006.
