On Sunday August 7, 2006, Jordan Chan was inured when his car flipped over on a busy city highway. Chan suffered head and neck inuries when his car rolled after he lost control of it trying to avoid another car which cut into his lane. The 39-year-old was taken to the Prince of Wales Hospital in Hong Kong's Shatin district and released after treatment. Police gave him a breath test which proved negative, RTHK said.
Chan is one of Hong Kong's most and durable popular so-called "Cantopop" stars, carving a successful solo career after recording with artists including Alan Tam and Anita Mui.
