I think there is a ligjtweight version of Office programs like Word, Excel, Powerpoint for Android, and Apple iOS. But, it maybe missing some important features.

I think MS Office for iOS and Android does not have MS Access and database programs.

I don't see how it could run Access, that is a very heavy program.

MS Access can get pretty heavy, so I think it may take many years for a mobile version of Access, or Access for smartphone will never exisy.
Access sometimes run slow on average desktop Windows PCs.
I think if a database file is very big with a lot of entries/files, connections, scriptd and complicated databas designs, you would need a very fast desktop PC with a fast CPU, lots of RAM, and fast SSD to open and run an Access Database file at a fast speed.

back when I had to take a MS office class, I remember access lagging on a lot of machines, something that could be improved on the next windows.
