it's Bullet proof.

It Can withstand a bomb blast of 15 tons.

Beijing has 8 floating around in their Zhongguancun Plaza.

I guest if there's a war or terrorist attack. Everybody be hiding in this bathroom.

But, it sure is expensive for a bathroom.

I notice this Photo is kind of weird cuz you can see a green leaf in front of the photo. i wonder was the guy hiding behind a bush or some trees to take a picture of the washroom or secretly photographing the guy in front of the washroom.

Maybe it was one of the washrooms in Beijing, and you can get in trouble for taking pictures of bullet/bomb proof bathrooms.
