Do you often get Warranties on your tech items and did you ever have to make a claim?

I usually get them on my more expensive tech, like my laptops where I can send them in and get a free battery replacement.

It is unfortunate that Laptop batteries sometimes don't last as long as you want them to last.

Specially since most keep their laptops plugged in and kill the battery.

I think using a laptop cooling pads with fans which blow air at the bottom of the laptop can extend the batteries life.

That does help some, I think all laptops need a cooling fan to keep the tight compact space cool and going.
