I think its wasn't the best idea, but I have stuck my phone in the freezer a few times when I felt it get super hot.

I sometimes touch a cold drink like a cup if juice when my hands get hot.

There are a few PC mouses and gamepad with a built-in cooling fan to blow cool air onto the users hand to help cool a user's hand.

I think more mouses and keyboards will come with built-in cooling fans or a small air conditioner to cool users' hand because the earth's summer is getting hotter, so people's hand will get hotter in a non-air conditioned room.

I can see hard core gamers needing such cooling things. Would be a good upgrade for them from regular setup gear.

Adding a fan to a controller and mouse can make some games like racing and airplane flying games more realistic if the game can control the fan air blowing speed depending how fast a car, plane, or character is moving.

Having the ability to change the temperature of the fan can also add realism to games if the controller has a built-in air conditioner and heater fan to simulate the hot temperature of hot locations like a hot sunny beach.

would be nice, not all tech comes with extreme fan controls, some take a 3rd party download to gain control or overclock.

I seen software for overclocking video cards and CPUs where users can set the fan speed to the maximum speed to help cool the CPU or video card when overclocked or doing heavy tasks.

I've looked at a few for school research, they can be pretty dangerous if you don't know what you're doing.
