It is too bad that PC makers dont make the Bloatware optional where you can choose not to install them if you dont want it, or make the bloatware not run automatically every time the computer is turned on.

That would be nice, but then again you be surprised how many have trouble running through the basic windows setup, much less deciding on the programs.

PC makers can make a few short videos on the bloatware to tell users what the bloatware is, how to install it during PC first login setup, and how to remove it if they don't want it.

That would help, if with setup if nothing else, but there are still those who would be clueless.

It is too bad bloatware isnt designed where it does not need to be installed in Windoes, so it can be deleted like regular files like picture and text files. I know there are Windows startup program managers, and disk cleanup programs which dont require installation, and you can delete them by deleting them to the recycle in Windows

some people don't even know about those, much less run them if they do. Kind of sad Windows doesn't do a better job of walking through basic needs.

Microsoft could create a basic DVD video course with popular actors like Jackie Chang and Jim Carrie on how to use basic Windows programs and OS features, and sell the DVD fir a low price or give the DVD for free at schools, libraries, and other public places, and also upload the video tutorials to many social networks.
