I feel some people may also like a curve display because they feel it looks cool.

it can look cool, but harder to fix if broken given its curved design.

I feel the LCD panel may also cost a lot more money, and harder to find on sites like eBay.

I wonder if some of the curve monitors have plastic LCD like foldable and rollable smartphones and tablets.

I don't think they have anything like that yet, would be nice if they did.

It would be interesting if there were foldable monitors which could be good for people who want a bigger screen which they can fold up to more easily carry around with them.

That would be nice, but I think its a good 20 years yet before we see that.

I feel a foldable monitor may take 30 years to be affordable.
