I feel antivirus companies can always hire more people to promote how to use their products, or offer a free tutorial DVD video on how to use their AV.

I think they rather just have them installed on the PC and use a force popup to make people pay for it.

I feel people who are not good at reading or speaking English may also need a translator to translate english to their native language if they have problems reading english text help files which came with their AV.

Honestly, there are people who know English well, still have issues, sadly.
