I know some basic programs can also block sites without notice, that can be a pain.

It is annoying when internet service providers and websites block sites without notice because they think you are a spammer or unsafe.

Not the ISP, but the software on the machine blocking sites.

Parental control software and website blockers on AV can be annoying when they block safe websites, and I feel it sometimes block safe websites, and don't always block unsafe sires.

There should be a pop up every time anything is ever blocked.

I think a pop-up with large text and pictures would be better than those notification text bubble windows which are too small for people with bad eye sight.

Most pop ups are also rather quick, blink and you miss it which is no good.
