Re: Recommended AV?
I think the Sony Memory Stick was also used for the Sony PSP handheld console and Sony-branded MP3 players.

Re: Recommended AV?
I think buying games to install on a memory stick on a PSP was not popular in the past. The memory sticks cost a lot of money.
I think most homes did not have wi-fi when the PSP came out, and paying for games online was not popular because of the fear of criminals stealing your information when using a credit card online.

Wifi did pick up during the psp's time, so I think it did help things become more popular.

I think internet connections were still kind of slow when the PSP was popular, so a lot of people still buy physical games and software.

Even though PSP didn't have the best for physical games, even PC still had actual games to avoid downloading viruses.

Re: Recommended AV?
I feel buying physical games were safer back in the past because gamers would not risk downloading a virus from a fake game selling website.
