Most of the cafes are open but some are private so people might be able to get away with it.

I feel the virus makers can always make their own internet cafe because they got rich from ransomware, and other types of malware.

True, but they may not want to spend the money, as I doubt they make that much.

I think people are learning more about Ransomware from the TV news, so I think a lot of people maybe buying better antivirus to stop ransomware, so ransomware makers maybe making less money these days.

AV can only do so much for that, people need to be smart about ransomware and not click on malicious stuff or give their info.

I feel many tech savvy people are now using Chromebooks, Android and Amazon Fire tablets, game consoles, and Smart TVs for using the internet, so less tech savvy users maybe a lot less likely to get Ransomware because fewer virus makers make Ransomware for Google Chromebooks, Android and Amazon Fire tablets, and Smart TVs because these devices are very restrictive where users can't install programs, or use the official app store which has a built-in online virus scanner.
