I think AI may also give outdated advice if it has problems finding new content about a certain topic like losing weight.

Oh that will be a huge issue, as they won't know what is current or bad.

Many AI software may not be smart enough to know if the website is a fake news website, or a website which post mostly real news.

It's not, I'm pretty sure it's not really AI, just a program pulling data to match an inquiry.

I think it maybe similar to searching a database or encyclopedia for answers.

That's trillions of data though, easy for the wrong data text to surface.

That is true there is too much data which may confuse AI. I feel it may take many more years for AI to be very reliable , and using an encyclopedia website written by expert human workers may still be more reliable.
