I feel pushing games video quality to the best video settings could be good for attracting more viewers to a stream.

I feel a lot of people also talk about computer hardware like video cards in PC Game Streamers's chat box, so the chat box could be good for knowing which video cards to buy or not.

I feel most big game streamers are less likely to make a fake tech review because they dont want to risk losing their viewers.

They might risk it, but they want money more than long term viewers.

I feel it is not worth it for the very big game streamers to make fake reviews and claims on tech hardware since they may get arrested or sued by the government for making false claims which can be illegal in stricter countries.

I don't think you can get arrested, unless you're making the faulty product.
