I feel Covid19 lockdown may of cause most of the good workers to quit or switch jobs if their boss did not care about disinfecting their factory after a worker got infected with Covid19 at a computer parts factory. The new hires may make lower quality parts.

true, covid 19 shook up a lot of people, if people didn't make it, they moved onto other jobs thinking there was better things or remote work.

I imagine a lot of people switch to remote work if they got infected by Covid, and they are not allowed to leave home or got stuck in the hospital if they can't breathe because they got more sick from Covid.

people like remote work since they don't have to travel, which on bad weather days is nice.

If they are skilled enough, they could as a side gig. It would be good money.
