Some will work free yes, but that only lasts so long, everyone has bills to pay.

Re: Learning IT
I think more people are more willing to work for less money because they are desperate for a few extra dollars to buy food because they are hungry, or they just need an extra few dollars to buy something like a USB flash drive which they need for school.
I agree working for free only last for awhile until things get more expensive where people need to earn more money to pay for things,

Re: Learning IT
Some will still go to school to learn more, hoping to make enough money one day to pay off debt.

Re: Learning IT
That is true, most people will go to school to learn more about a tech skill, and earn more to pay off debt. It is unfortunate that people may get more
in debt from taking more tech courses which may also require students to buy an expensive computers, expensive paid software, and books.

I'm still in debt myself, not sure if I will ever get out of it as I rather put my money into other things.

Re: Learning IT
More tech workers at companies are now forming work unions, so workers are more likely to pay off their debt in a reasonably amount of time, and can afford to live more comfortably.
