Re: Purchasing parts
I heard on a video that it is getting harder to find higher quality wires, and electronic parts like capacitors and resistors, so it can be difficult to repair a part well.

Re: Purchasing parts
I think it can be risky getting electronic conponents from online stores because there is less of a risk of geting caught, and paying a expensive ticket for scamming people, and damaging their part if the part is faulty.

True, and with a online store, a person could post fake or AI made images to think people are buying legit stuff.

Re: Purchasing parts
I think some of the good reviews may also be written by the owner of some less trustworthy online sellers.

Most likely, a lot of reviews are always suspicious to me.

Re: Purchasing parts
There maybe some online store workers who secretly write good reviews to increase the number of sales, so they might get pay raises or won't get lay off their job because their store can use the extra earnings to avoid bankruptcy and lay off related to going bankrupt.
