I heard some AI detection tools are not good at detecting AI, so it may falsely lab human writtenl homework as AI written, and fail the homework.

I think more people may write like AI in the future if most things are written by AI, so the AI detection tools may not work in the future.

Hrmmmm, that could be hard, depending at what level AI tends to write and come across as.

I heard a few newspapers dont want their news articles to be used to train AI, so AI generated articles may sound less accurate if it can no longer legally use some newspapers to train AI.

Yep, they don't want their data pulled, but since most are online, it be easy for an AI bot to crawl them.

Some newspapers may want AI bots to crawl their site if the AI company pays the owner a lot of money.
