With laptops they could walk, I don't think anyone could walk long with the old bulky towers.

People can always ask their family members to help them carry a bulky desktop PC to a computer repair store.

Not everyone has family that can help out, some may not be able to help which can be an issue.

I feel calling a local computer store to pick up a computwr for repair, or repairing a user's PC at thwir home can ne an option.

If they allow the option, though some may need techs to come out to their home to set up their PC setups.

I think it can get costly for hiring someone to come to a person's home to fix a computer.

True, but I know a lot of old people did it to keep up with the times.
