True, sometimes bandwidth decreases and you got to watch stuff at a lower res to make it play.

Some people may also download online videos at a lower resolution because their internt connection is unreliably because the modem disconnects a lot.

True, nice to have it downloaded in case internet goes out. Or take it with you to an area that lacks wifi/data.

I heard some countries are adding age verification to websites like social networks, so it is best to download offline copies of important troubleshooting videos before age verification becomes law if you are underage or you are worried the age verification won't work all the time espiecally when you need to watch the video in the future.

Nothing worse to need something and have it locked behind a paywall or age limit, sad things are becoming like that.

I feel age verification services maybe unreliable in the future because too many people are using the age verification website at once, and causing slowdown problems if the age verification server is fast enough for many millions of people use age verification at once to verify their age .

Making Homemade video DVDs discs for sharing many computer troubleshooting and repair videos could be a more common way to share computer troubleshooting and repair videos without the risk of worrying about age verification not working or working slowly for a reason which you can't control like the age verification system thinking your Government ID is fake.
