Seems to be pretty easy to get these days, I often see infected computers and people actually calling the phone number that pops up.

I agree it seems pretty to get since not all antivirus can stop Ransomware, and if you are using an outdated antivirus, it is less likely to protect a PC from ransomware.

The main thing is not to call the number and let the people onto your PC, I see so many people who do that.

I think calling a stranger on Ransomware can be bad since they may ask for personal info, and use it to take out a large bank loan by pretending to be you.
