Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but VoodooPC CEO Ravi Sood and his brother Rahul will be joining a new gaming business unit within HP’s Personal Systems Group. Rahul Sood describes the two companies as “complimentary opposites” and believes that VoodooPC’s expertise with gaming and high-end PCs combined with HP’s “innovations, scale, and leverage” will result in “some of the most compelling machines money can buy.”
I dont know if it that great of a idea for HP to buy Voodoo PC since most people that buy HP PC care more about the price then how luxurious or fast their PC are. VOODOOPC cost like too much for average consumers.
^Yes, i think voodoopc does Voodoo on it's costumers since there are some people who actaully buy their PC and laptops that cost a lot like 6000+$ for their OMEN PC at their site here http://www.voodoopc.com/showroom.aspx?productID=1100. Plus, the picture of one of their pc on this thread gives me a weird creapy feeling. i wouldnt want my pc to look like that. It looks very voodoo/vampirery, to me.
never heard of them, heard of voodoo cards, not voodoopc though
HP only bought it because dell bought alienware a few months back
It's a Canadian PC maker that makes expensive highend PC for people with more money then sense sort of like the canadian version of alienware minus the alien head themed case.
I don't like how alienware PC cases look like their too alien themed .

makes sense though really, to make there systems wuith an alien theme, it's there thing,
Personally though it's much cheaper and easier to just buy the components yourself and build your own box, you can get everything how you want that wya, and no over clocked crap,
by over clocked crap i mean components that should never of been put in the box to act like something there not
