Do your write your own code or do you get other idiots to write the code for you or are youa sick depraved creature that uses one of those codegenerators that give you some mangled piece ofvomit and some code thrown in?

I know how to make a splash screen, and a very basic form in MS Visual Basic. I usually use WYSIWYG web editors like the one on Mxprojects free host and nwh-hosting.
