need a free WYSIWYG website builder and FTP program?

I prefer they are free.
My teacher said Joomla is a good website builder and Filezilla is a good FTP client, but I never used them.

I prefer WinSCP for file transfers
it supports what i need, SFTP, FTP, SCP, Shell and a couple others
FTPSurfer - an easy to get a long with FTP client
Joomla, Takes some work though
Though can't advise as would need to know more of the requirements

I need to make a basic e-commerce site for this class I am taking in 1 month time. I use it to sell my old stuff I don't use anymore.

Ah, just knock something up using tinymce, save it to a .html file, and use oscommerce (or similar) for the e-commerce bit
