Do you think when computer programming is simpler there will be more annoying programs coming out?

I'm not sure. But, it is possible since some people who are simple minded will possibly make programs which are too flashy, or annoying to use.

i can see it, look when javascript was difficult show me a site that loaded 30 scripts to make everything as slow and image laden as possible?

it's inevitable when thing become easy idiots will find them and create bloated over weight crappy programs though Mozilla have done very well doing this.

I remember when a lot of people start making webpages with animated gif, html background music, animations in html, and other tacky html code. The websites back then were so overloaded with animation and background music.

Yes, I agree mozilla has too many plugins, toolbars, widgets, and other programs which can easily be added on the browser to make it even more inflated.
